if my scope poi shifts 1/3 of an inch per click at 100 yards. Will it be 1/3 of an inch per click at 500 yards? Does the ratio change as the distance increases.
Thanks Jim

If your scope has 1/3 inch per click adjustment at 100 yds. It will be 5/3 inches per click at 500yds. At 200 yds it is 2/3 inches. At 300 yds it is 3/3 inches.
And so on.
In the F.A.Q. section there is some good info.

If your POI changes 1/3 inch with each click at 100 yards , your scope is 3 clicks per minute of angle (MOA). A MOA expands with distance . It is equal to 1.04 inches at 100 yards and is rounded off to just 1 inch. At 200 yards it is 2 inches, 3 inches at 300, 5 inches at 500 yards, 10 inches at 1000 yards. So to answer your question, at 500 yards, one click will be 1/3 of 5 inches or about 1 3/4 inches. A click would be worth 1 inch at 300 yards and 3 inches at 900 yards. At 1500 yards a MOA would be 15 inches and 1 click would be worth 5 inches. Hope this helps!!
