I recently got into the hobby. I was originally gonna get me a ar-15 but then i found out that sniper rifles were legal to own. that sparked it up for me so i told my friend that works at an armory and he set me up with a remington 700p. When i asked him what scope i should use he told me to go with a leupold LR/T. When i looked up the prices I almost fell back from my chair. When i get into a hobby i usually like to own the best but this is my first rifle and i'm not sure how serious i'm gonna take the hobby. Can someone tell me what the differences are between leupold and super sniper along with the pros and cons and any other advice about the sport will be appreaciated

And... If i go with a supersniper can i use the same bases for any other scope?

Welcome.

Get the SS. You can't beat it for $300.

The SS is fixed, the Loopie variable.

Get the Super Sniper and have some fun without having to worry about the credit card bill coming due if you buy the LRT.

Best of luck!!!
