It's only as legit as as the 2 people involved.
 
I have made one purchase on a rifle that went smooth. Hopefully some others can respond with their experiences.

I sure do appreciate all the experienced input and advice.  I won the bid on a Zeiss Conquest 3X9X40 SS for 399.00
Feel like I got the right scope at a great price.  Thanks everyone (especially Cheaptrick) for your help.

I used to buy binoculars, went off smooth.  I have a friend who has used it to buy a couple guns and no problems.

We take firearms on trade and sell them on GunBroker.com with no minimum bid and no reserve.
