How much torque is required on talley light weight one piece, mounting into the receiver? (mfg #93000)

Also, I looked on Swaro website and I found 200Ncm which is about 17.7  lbf*in for ring torque.

Sound about right?

Thanks

As per Talley: 20-25in/lb for receiver, 15-20 in/lb for ring halves.

Thanks RC, I had 65 stuck in my mind. Whats the differnce between a dry fastner and a lubed? Is a good idea to add a dab of oil on your base screws to prevent rusting, or degrease them?

Whats your opinion on applying blue loctite.
