Actually, Anzio Iron Works, the company that built my .50BMG, builds a 14.5 Russian and 20mm in semi-auto.  They are lighter and more compact than those in the video and Anzio is working on a 20mm right now that weighs less than 40lb.  They also make a 20/50... 20mm necked down to .510.  MV of about 4800fps, recoil about like a 12 gauge shotgun.  I've fired the 20mm.  Nothing to it...

Interesting rifles I really have no desire to own a 50 BMG or 20mm mainly due to the weight of them, I know lots of guys who really want a 50 BMG but it isnt practical for me. Really I've always been a pistol guy and over the last ten or twelve years gotten really serious about tactical rifles. 458 Win Mag is the heaviest I've shot and .375 is the heaviest I have currently. When I look at that 20mm and its mission capability, It leaves me thinking forward observer with close air support and weapons light enough to run with sounds like a better plan.  I guess it would be a bit different if you got dropped of by helicopter on a mountain top and didnt have to hump that thing in, still it kicks up lots of dust and gives your position away and there is no grab it and run for a second hide.

If you're interested, the Rebs in Libya could use a helping hand, since they don't have a clue what they're doing. They could likely supply you with all the ammo you could shoot, since they obviously have plenty to shoot up in the air.
