Does anybody Know what Height rings I will need to but a
3-12x 56mm with a 30mm tube on a remington 700 ltr I would like to use as low as I can get and I was planning on using leupold standard bases and rings

Medium rings but the base ht. is a problem. You might have to go to a weaver type base. One of the "high" ones not the flatter type. If you use reg. Redfield types, (windage) I don't think high rings will be high enough as they are usually used only up to 50 mm fronts.

I'd go with a super high.
