Hi Jon,

I only see MIL hash reticles on IOR and Premier's sites.  Where can I get more info on their MOA reticles?

Thanks,

Here's some info on the IOR 3.5-18X50:

I don't see an MOA model listed at SWFA, you might need to give them a call if you want one.

Premier doesn't seem to have it on their site yet, but they have an MOA version of the 5-25 available:

Sightron has MOA-based reticle introduced this year in its S3 line.

I wonder if Premier plans on putting that reticle on their hunter or light tactical series?

I like the IOR MOA reticle,  too bad it is on a 37oz scope.  I was looking for a walking weight scope this time around.

their Premier Hunter 3-15 will have a MOA version of their Gen 2 reticle
I am trying to get my hands on one

I however wouldn't call it a lightweight walking around scope!

I hear ya, but if I want durability and repeatability as my top priorities then it seems like I don't have much of a choice.  Every scope that I trust is heavy, ie NF, USO, Premier, Vortex, and S&B.  I really wish one of these guys would make a nice 2-10 or 3-12 FFP with a 35-40mm Obj.  I have a couple rifles begging for one of these!

would be cool eh?

Sightron will have a 3.5-10x44 MOA/MOA out in about a month
I was speaking with Alan over there yesterday
He says with a 308 you can shoot 100-1k without toughing the dial
pretty cool

I have been eyeballing that scope as well.  I like the new MOA reticle a lot.  I wish it was FFP.  I still may give it a look.

I am going to get one in
I would just be concerned at low power with a FFP reticle it being hard to see, perhaps not an issue and or perhaps the illumination would assist

I run a 1.5-6 S&B with the #9 reticle
at low power the reticle gets small but with the bright dot it's a non issue

Hunt with the Heritage for a couple of years, then you will.      Wink

I haven't seen the MOA version in the flesh, but I can tell you the regular Premier Gen II is very good on 3X in low light.  It basically resembles about a medium duplex, and the illuminated cross in the center lights up like a little red dot.

I have my basic meat gun, a stock Howa 30-06, that shoots darts and I need a good scope to go with it.  I know what I want in a scope it just isn't quite out there yet.  But we are getting closer!  There are some new scopes still heading to the market that may fit the bill too.

I also have a 700 action that I am going to get built into a light weight deer gun for my kids, maybe 260 Rem, that also needs a light, tough scope.
