Vortex SPARC red dot has been tested on a .375 h&h and held up fine. It also won't break the bank and is covered by their lifetime warrenty...

The SPARC is a great red dot.  I'm torturing, yes torturing one, now to try to get it to break but doesn't seem like its gonna.  Its been tossed on the ground, hit with a rubber hammer, froze, hot water bath, and put through about 100 rounds of 357 mag ammo on a pistol and about 100 rounds of 30-30 levergun using170gr's running hot.  Its not stopped yet.

the sparc looks really nice. Does it mount directly to weaver or picatinny type bases
