Well, I have been looking for a pair of 8 power bins for a while.

I couldn't pass up another SWFA Vortex special!

Too bad I got the backorder email right away.

I hope it doesn't take too long.  These have first light elk glassing written all over them!

Just make sure you get yourself a good binocular harness.

Yeah, they are big, but they only have 6 ounces on my Meostars.  I will also be using them primarily for hunting off horseback.  I think the weight will be nice for steadying the view as well.

In my opinion, the 8.5x50 is the best one of the Razor binoculars.

At this price, it is a steal!

I don't know the 8x50, but based on the superb performance of my 8x42, it should be superb too.
Only the weight would question me in the field.
But at this price... it is certainly a super deal !

I've also noticed the fantastic deals on the Razor bino's, wish I had the cash to buy a pair.

SWFA rocks!

Even though the circumstances of the order cancellation were out of their control, Brady and SWFA really came through for me on a pair of 8X42 Razors!  I will put them through some rigorous field testing this season and let the OT know how it goes.

With SWFA, customer care is obviously a top priority.

Thank you Brady and SWFA!

Matt,

Glad we would get you taken care of.

It turns out we were able to get more of the 8.5x50's. There was apparently a misunderstanding when were trying to order some more of the Razor's.  When you get back from your hunt let me know if you want to exchange them for the 8.5’50’s.

As for the Razor closeouts the only ones we have available are the 8.5x50’s. We just purchased the last ones they had.

There will be a new Razor HD to be introduced in 2011.
