I'm looking at the 10X42's in each brand for hunting.  They are about the same price.  Is there any difference between the two?  Is one better than the other?  Thanks much!!

Those are actually pretty comparable, IMO, with a small edge going to the Leupolds for warranty reasons.  I think there are better choices than those available, however.

Take a look at these:

These are supposed to be improved over the previous generation ZRS.  I bought a pair of the older ZRS and would put them ahead of the Monarch/Cascades.

I like these as well.  I think they are a little softer, however.

These are the bee's knees in this price range. They are my primary binocular right now, and they are really, really good.
