I've been looking into purchasing one of these scopes, and it's between the side parallax adjustment and the rear parallax adjustment model. Just wondering, with  the rear adjustment, does the entire eye piece move? Also, wondering if there was a preference of one over the other? Advantages, disadvantages? Thanks much!

No, the entire eye piece does not move when rotated. Just the adjustment ring.

I prefer the rear focus. Mostly because I'm a lefty, but feel theres less to go wrong versus a S/F. Maybe wrong there.

Well that's good to know that the entire eye piece doesn't move.  That drove me nuts on my Burris scope. I'm still wondering if the side adjustment is worth an $100.00, I've read some rumors *of course on the internet, so who knows if it's true*  that the side focus had some reliability problems. Anybody experienced this? Thanks again!

I was debating about the two, but the 100 dollars difference got me. i went with the rear focus and have been happy ever since.

I find that the side focus turns just a little more freely with less effort but both have been reliable.

I have both as well and feel the rear focus is the way to go.  Nice to be able to use either hand and the extra $100 just isn't worth it IMO.
