Burris Fullfield II 3-9x40 is a good scope, and a great buy for the price.  You can get some extras too, if you tap into one of their promotions.

The primos and fullfield II are great for the money, but I hate the bdc of the the nikon and I also hate the rotatating eye piece of the burris.  In this price range i'd go for the bushnell 4200 3-9x40.  Note: these are personal preferences, I do not have a quality issue with eiher the nikon or burris.

Had both the Burris and the Nikon... I preferred the Nikon... Couldnt really tell you why, just a preference.  I don't have either now.   Good Luck!

i had a ffII and hated it, i still have a team primos, its nice the bdc takes some time to get used to. the 4200 is better for sure.

Nikon optically.  I like the Burris reticle better.  4200 is a nice scope too.

I like the Nikon the most out of those although admittedly I have not had much hands on time with the Hawke. I can also back up that the 4200 is a good deal for the money.
