Has anyone seen Mr and Mrs Smith?  Reason I'm asking is that in the previews I could swear for a split second that I see Angelina Jolie holding a scoped rifle with a butler creek scope cap on backwards?

I have not seen that, but I believe it!

I saw a picture of a well armed cop in NY city, that had a wicked looking M4 with an Aimpoint M2 on backwards.

I didn't know it was even possible to put one on back wards?

I remember seeing the movie Anaconda a while back. At the end some actor is shooting the snake with a bolt action rifle. He shoots about five or six rounds, and doesn't even touch the bolt.

Was flipping through the channels and I caught I the Twigh Light Zone just when a evil spy agent or whatever shot some poor bastard.  The gun she had was a cromed out 1911 w/ extened barrel.  When she shot smoke came out the barrel but the slide didn't bugde.

Don't forget about the ever popular 12 shot revolvers and 500 rounds that come out of 30 round magazines.

Brady, he had it where he was looking through the objective lens, instead of the ocular lens.

Sad really.

I just kept looking at this picture of a cop standing there and knew something looked out of place, but I wasn't sure what it was. You know?

Then I saw it!

I sent the link to my buddy in NY, maybe he saved it. If so I'll post it here.

I can somewhat see how the Aimpoint could be put on backwards, but i'm talking about the B/C caps. They wouldn't even close if they were on backwards. Unless sandsock is saying that the objective was on the eye and vise versa.

Yes I see what sandsock was talking about. It looks like there is a eyepiece cover on the objective and an objective cover on the eyepiece. Angelina Jolie also has the covers opening downwards on her Aimpoint scope.

Oh yeah I seen the movie and it is a little bit ridiculous at times. There is lots of action and the story is good for a laugh I guess.

in james bond the world is not enough he gets into a shoot out on a dock and the pistol he is using is amazing. The slide slides back and NO sound comes out.. I wonder where you get one of those. I could use one up at my house so i don't disturb the neighbors. I was watching a movie on  tv and before the movie started they went though Mr. And Mrs.Smith. Angalena Jolie and the other guy (brad pitt i think) went through actuall weapons training. They were using MP5 K and varioius other weapons.

I gotta jump in here. How about the never dated never overused, "action cock". You know, the hero knows there is an angry killer looking for him, then the creepy music plays and he then decides to pump a shell in gun!

The 'ol action cock....Some guys around my area think that's the proper way to carry a sidearm too.

"If something goes down, I'll just rack the slide and that should scare 'em off!"

I carry condition 1, thank you.

Action cocks will get you killed in the real world.
