First take some deer steaks and trim them to a thin layer ½ inches or so. Then take and let them marinate in dale stake sauce for a few hours.

Then take a grill the stake for a short time. If you grill them to long it will get dry and that’s not a good thing.

Take and cut up or open a few cans of mushrooms and place in a skillet. and sauté until sautéed.

Place swiss chess on steak and let it melt.

Once melted place on bread add mushrooms and enjoy.

This is going on the grill tonight if the rain holds off. If it rains i'll get out the electric grill from the 80's and cook away.

I have a few good things to cook with elk, deer, fish but I never think to take pictuers and do a post on it untill it's all ate and to late. I'll try to make some more post of stuff I cook so maybe yawl can try it. I do simple stuff so it is easy to do in less than 45minutes.

Good tip there, Brandon!  I never thought of saute-ing something until completely saute-ed!

Good looking sandwich there, buddy!  I'll have to give that a try.

One question, though...  Was the Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce shown next to the pan used in the recipe, or did it just happen to be sitting on the counter when you snapped the pic?  Or was "Dale steak sauce" just easier to spell, so you went with it instead?Wink

No I was going to use the Lea & Perrins Worchestershire but there was not enought so I went with dale's and didn't move the bottle. As for the onions nah tend to give me heart burn so bad my arms go knumb so I try to stay away from them as much as I can. The caned shrooms was all I had at the time and didn't feel like driving to the store.
