I only know bushnell one and Nikon and Burris has their models
 
Which one I buy
I look for lower price with good quality, even not new
Where I can find it, shop...?

I researched mine for almost a year before purchasing.  I specifically chose the Nikon BDC reticle.  Normally, I would prefer a mil-dot, but my requirements for the scope/weapon setup were what drove the selection.  As far as features, the three "mid-priced" are very similar. 
The Zeiss has superior glass and a reportedly better laser. It is rated as longer range. And is also much more expensive.
I believe it is pretty much a toss up on overall functionality between the Nikon, the Burris and the Bushnell. Any of them are a good purchase, IF you are in the market for that type scope.  It is a "specific use" scope, to me.  Specialized in nature.  It should be a well considered purchase.
