REVOLUTIONARY  BALLISTIC SYSTEM MAKES

LONG RANGE SHOOTING ACCURATE AND EASY

Cranston, Rhode Island (January 28, 2005)- In 2005, KAHLES will be celebrating "100 years of ballistic compensation technology" and will continue to set the standard in riflescope technology with the introduction of the revolutionary multizeroT ballistic system.  This new system, available only on the new CL 1" line of riflescopes, will allow shooters to set up to five different zero sight settings.  This turret system has range discs that are completely adjustable, which makes this system extremely versatile and useful for all center fire rifles, muzzleloaders, rimfire rifles and even shotguns.

This new multizeroT system is completely different from standard elevation turret systems, military ballistic cams or target turrets.  The unique features of this product are:

·        The KAHLES multizeroT system, a revolutionary "micro-mechanic" ballistic system that will allow users to pre-set up to five different sight settings on the scope.

o       Four individually adjustable "micro-discs" allow the user to set four additional sight settings in addition to their base sight setting (five total settings) on these new scopes.  These individually adjustable micro-discs make this one ballistic system work for any centerfire, rimfire, shotgun slug or muzzleloader hunting rifle.

·        Patented RPI "Reticle Placement Indicator" allows the user to identify the location of the reticle inside the scope after the sight-in process.

o       Note: This feature is EXTREMELY helpful since many firearm manufacturers and ring & base manufacturers do not have accuracy tolerances to mount the scope on the rifle straight.

·        An internal "micro-clutch" allows the user to disengage the turret from the internal erector system and reset the turret so the initial sight setting is at the beginning (the base) of the turret revolution. This micro-clutch establishes a "stop-lock" at your base sight setting so the user can immediately return to their base setting without having to look at the dial.
