Does anyone have any experience win the Pentax game seeker 30 and specifically the 4-16. It's got all the features I want just iffy with never having looked thru it.

I don't really have any "experience" with one, but have played a bit with one.  Nothing struck as being bad or unacceptable about it.  I like Pentax scopes.  They are better than the price.  I have a 4x Gameseeker on my .458 WinMag that I took off my .458 Lott.  I like the precision plex reticle.  A little slim on adjustment range and some people don't like the eye relief, but mine has been fine on the .458's.  On 30-06... no problems at all, I would think.

Have the Gameseeker II in 4-16. Really not to bad of a scope, wish it had pa but it really not that bad without it at 50yds and beyond. Serviceable for a lower priced scope. Sad part is the glass is better than my Nikon Monarch.
We measure it with a micrometer, mark it with a crayon, and cut it with a chainsaw.
