I do, every day. I really have no understanding of what a headache is like, but I've seen what they do to other people. Can't be good...

Man I can't believe how lucky you are! I know you have had to taken quite a few blows to the noggen over the years in kickboxing. Have you ever had a concussion?

Judas Priest Jon....... I thought you were an intelligent individual. Now it seems your merely another "I'm right, you're wrong, you will never be as right as I am" type of narcissistic blow hard. You make a few points, BUT....... Your own experience, or opinion isn't the be all and end all. 8Shots has been here far longer, and his thoughts are in line with the widely recognized conventional wisdom concerning this topic.
Just who in the wide wide world of sports do you think you are? Seems more to a few of us here that you enjoy rocking the boat more than sharing or learning. GO BACK TO 24 HOUR CAMPFIRE with that attitude. It doesn't fit here. These folks have you out gunned and out classed.

i havent had one in few years thank god!!! when i do get them i generally throw up a few times and im very light sensitive. so what i usually will do when i get one is load up on aleve and hide in our 2nd bath room. i turn the light off in there close the door and stuff a pillow under the door to block out the light. i then crank up the a/c and lay on the floor with my head over the air duct. i also found for some reason that the fart fan helps as well, not sure if its a "soothing" noise or what, sometimes running water works too.

Try a hairdryer. I find that sometimes helps, the hot air seems to increase blood flow in the surface vessels and lowers the internal blood pressure. At least that is how it feels, reduces the pain in my eyes. Interesting that you treat it with cold air and I with hot. The white noise does sem to help doesn't it.

Howdy there Cowboy bill! My names Bud, haven't had the pleasure of chatting before.
I see your even more subtle than I in trying to deal with JonA's analtivity! Sure would be nice if he could just share his knowledge without swinging his D all over the place. That
crap gets old fast! He has the ability to ruin a thread faster than my spelling and grammer!

My apologies Billy...... Hello Bud.
My experiences with parallax are that it generally isn't a big deal for most hunting situations. A scope that is set at 50-100 yrds will do just fine within any acceptable big game range. If it is at a target competition where accuracy is reaching anal retentive proportions, then scope glass quality, proper hand loads, reticle design, and finally parallax are the order of the day. This is provided your weapon, and marksmanship skills are where they should be.
Tactical situations are a combination of the two.

My boxing coach told me the idea is to NOT get hit, patterned my defensive style after Willy Pep. Nope, never had a concussion...
