Mornin gentsCoffeeCrutch

Well I left work early yesterday and worked on the leak. Got the bentonite membrane replaced, and I hope it will shed the water away from the concrete. I also started back filling the hole. Not done yet, and I'm still need to dance with the shovel and her evil cousins rake, and hoe to finish things up.
The tractor and backhoe has been great when I could it get in the position I needed it in. The side of the house is steep and the ground is wet, and sometimes it just can't climb that grade.
We have a big rain coming the end of this week, so I guess I'll find out if I fixed the leak.

CBS is reporting Iran missiles hit Saudi base where US troops are stationed. First reports are that there were no US casualties.

Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow
Now the rules have changed again.

Morning all,

Another grey and overcast day here in London.

Seems to be all kicking off in the Middle East. Crazy f*ckers.

Well I sure called yesterday right.... It was snowing for about 2 hours before I left to commute home.  Only about 1.5 inches had fallen so far so everything was just wet and snow was just building enough to cover the grass.

Traffic home was 30 to 35 MPH below normal.....  Was a pretty miserable drive home.

This morning all the roads were clear, even in PA.  And yet there were still people that refused to get close to the speed limit.  These same people unfortunately were also in the hammer lane and refused to budge.  Everybody was forced to pass them on the right, which is technically illegal.  Once we got pass the slugs it was back up to 80MPH... Cool

Mornin gentsCoffee

I feel for ya Bud. When the white flakes of death start falling from the sky around here, General Panic takes command and orders Total Gridlock to take action.

Didn't have time to get the tractor out, so I shoveled dirt for about 45 minutes. What a great workout. I think I'm going to market this as a new and wonderful form of exercise. What do ya think? Anybody want to sign up for a class?
Taking a break today, but hope to finish with the tractor Thursday, before the rain starts.

Just stay dry and warm my friend.  The rest will eventually melt, being so close to the gate and all... Say What

Evening gentsHowdy

So the system was down, and it wasn't on my end. Guess I'm going have to apologize to the tech guys at work.

Got the hole filled this evening.
One more leak to repair, but it can wait till warmer weather.
