How well does it handle intense recoil?
Is the reticle dot easy to see in bright daylight?

not sure what intense recoil is-- the unit is a scope just like any other , but only 1x, the reticle is lit by a diode and optical fiber  set up, because it can be focused, unlike an aimpoint or eotech, it can be used to correct some eye problems. it cannot be used in an extended or scout position type set up. the reticle is black in bright daylight, and if turned on show red in a dark situation, it doesn't have wash out problems of dots or eotech under other situations. the reticle in the tactical resembles the spr reticle in the mk4. personally I like it alot. it doesn't have to be turned on to work and and be used without batteries. It is well made, which is a relative term of course. its outstanding feature and better than either aimpoint or eotech is the turrets which are the same as the vx and are 1/2moa clicks, very postive with large knobs, just depends if you are going to use such a feature on a 1x. It is easier to sight in at 100 yds, than an eotech also faster and the groups are smaller on 100 yd. IPSC targets.
