Most likely the Longhorns will be playing for the National Championship but even if they lose against Nebraska, Texas will still be playing for the National Championship.  Cool

I just saw this thread, this sounds like the smack talk has already started!! Mark, Ric, wish you guys team the best today.  One thing that is the Best in the SEC is the BBQ, Pork, Beef, Horn Frogs Cats it doesn't matter, it all goes good with Dales marinade and a little A-1.

Edited:    Mark, either way today, I'll bring the Tabasco!

I'm pretty worn out with the gators, almost as much as the cowboys.

sad part is that the gators would probably give the cowboys a pretty good game.

Oh the weather outside is frightful, but The Tide is so delightful, the Cowboys are gonna know, Tide's 13-0, 13-0.

Well, it almost was TCU. One second and it all came down to the kicker. If Nebraska's offense was half as good as their defense they would have won easily. Alabama will mop the field with these guys.

Up here, the teams don't even have to play great football during playoffs. They just have to hope that a team from down south has to come up here (like today when Montana beat Stephen Freezing Austin 51-0 while it was about 10 degrees and snowing). I wouldn't even want to be sitting at that kind of game.

Cincinnati will probably leap frog the horn frogs in the polls. Good thing Texas won or else it pobably would have been Cincinnati and Alabama

I'm not sure that (last night) the Gators could have beaten anybody. They were flatter than my first wife!!! Oh well, wait till next year. BTW, good luck Bama. Hope you spank Texas too! Congrats Steel!

The Gators and Horns both played terrible, but luckily the refs helped us win.

Texas vs. Bammers will be a good one.

Who's everybody like now for the Heisman? Think it's safe to say that Mark Ingram's stock went WAAAAAY up with his brilliant performance last night.
I also really loved Mark's post game interview where he glorified God for the win.
He's a great kid.  Super

What exactly is a "Crimson Tide" anyways....is it like when your girl friend is on the rag?

Whatever it is, the Longhorns can handle it.

They got that name from the Jerseys of the defense pounding an opponent back in the early 1900s, it was like a "CRIMSON TIDE" it just wash them away.
