Looks interesting, like to see how she shoots but my pockets are too shallow.

You can get the bottom of the mill Savage rimfire, add a cheap boyds stock to it and a couple add on picatinny rails and you'd have the same thing for less.

Yes they are, the main difference is the bolt, which is built for a tactical trainer. This one is used for 300 yd long range. Usually a 20 moa rail is needed but this scope has 15 mil internal and works Here is its thumbhole cousin with a Mk4 for the same type of shooting

I have seen the same tactical 22 at a big chain store for over $100 less.

Dale what kind of groups do you get at 300 yds? I have only shot my 22 out to 200yds.

Very rarely shoot groups, with anything, besides boring, it really doesn't tell you much. Usually shoot reactive steel, golf balls, tennis balls, tannerite, steel a-zone or clay targets. At 300 yds once the windage is doped can connect with clay targets about 80 to 85% of the time.

The twist is way to slow.

At 300 CD' are a great target (old free AOL or NetZero CD's) or soup cans... Clays are probably just as fun just haven't shot at them...
