Good afternoon
Anyone knows the Olympus binoculars? Today i saw the 7x42 waterproof (120 Euros) and the optical quality seems to me near Bushnell Trophy, but i am confused. As nobody that i know use this binoculars brand i need the forum opinion about this subject. Regards and thank you |

Good afternoon
I bought the Olympus and i am satisfied with the optical quality. It have a good relation quality/price.The inicial price was 274 Euros but as the model is not comercialise anymore they sold it for 120 Euros. Yesterday i test it with low light conditions and at night. The performances are very satisfactories for the price. Regards |

A melhor parte do meu coração está no Alentejo also, because is were i hunt the most of the time. The Olympus 7x42 is a discontinued model. I found it by chance on a foto shop in Lisbon. Fiquei curioso em saber se és português. Best regards |

I am not Portuguese. I found refuge in Portugal at a time when my own country wanted me dead, and i went to school there (Universidade de Evora).

Well received is an understatement. I spent the best years of my life there and i married there. I will retire on our quinta near Reguengos de Monsaraz. I have traveled, lived, and worked in 23 countries on 4 continents. Portugal is the most beautiful place, and the Portuguese are the nicest people that i know of. Texas wasn't too bad either. |
