New to the forum and in dire need of help! Just picked u this optic in a trade. It says Manufactured by EOtech 1998. Anyways does anyone know if this thing is legit, or is it just some Chinese airsoft stuff using a name. Is it just one of the first EOtechs? It feels sturdy and very well made. If anyone does know anything about it then how do you zero it? I cant find any screws or knobs... I googled it and came up with nothing....

I can say 6.8 SPC is a good cartridge for some things, that ws a good move.
The EoTech looks unusual, but it might be one of the first. It looks like there is a cap up front, over the battery compartment, any chance there are adjustment screws under that? |

Maybe it is what it is: a fixed frame of reference.

Well I cannot say for sure either. I have some fairly early EoTech stuff but that one is new to me.

The buttons with the arrows are used for zeroing, not?
Push or hold the "UP" arrow to raise the point of impact, etc.?
That would be my guess.

On newer EoTechs, the up/down are for reticle intensity. Seems pointless to me to have a reticle that will adjust on the vertical but not on the horizontal.
I'd contact EoTech, they could tell you A. if they made it and B. how to adjust it.

(Never owned one, so it was just a wild guess, anyway.)
