Has anyone had a chance to review these, yet?  Just wondering how the 3-15 would compare to the Minox 3-15.  With the $100 rebate, just wondering if they are worth the money.  Thinking of getting one for an inexpensive varmint rifle.

I seem to remember a few posts referencing the TRII, hopefully they chime in.  In the mean time you can try the search engine and see what turns up.

I just got one.  I haven't mounted it yet but plan on having a review up after the first weekend in November.  I have a lot to review and post.  So far just looking through it at the house and in the yard i am very pleased with it.  I really like the turrets.  It does have limited elevation adjustment range but it will be  on a 223 mainly used at distances less than 500yds so I'm not worried to much with it. The glass is very clear and crisp at all magnification ranges and even to the edges.  I cant comment much more on it until i have put it through the paces.

From what I've read, the Nitrex TR Two is supposedly the exact same scope as the Weaver Super Slam.  It's believable because they do look exactly the same.  I have searched far and wide and unfortunately there is very little user information available on either scope.  I do know that it is a relatively heavy scope, which may be good or bad depending on your circumstances.  I have a Nitrex TR Two 2-10x42 with the EBX reticle on the way for a 280 Rem.  I am eager to try it.  If I like it I might pull the trigger on the 3-15x42.  At the current price and with the $100 rebate these seem like they would be a no-brainer for someone looking for a good 5x scope made by a reputable company like Weaver.

They are a sleeper I think But if you wait to long you might not find them.  They are gone once they are gone!
