Does anyone know the pressure they fill scope with nitrogen?

Is it just atmospheric pressure?

the way i understand , the basket ball needle is stuck into the little hole on the bottom, someone pushes the ballon blow up, and the bad air squirts out both of the other ends, then when the needle is taken out, excess pressure difference blows out the small hole.
then you have some manufacturers who don't use nitrogen but assemble in "dry" rooms where the humidy is controlled with laminar air flow hoods. if they all wear white uniforms, use face masks, and have hair nets has always been a question I'd like to know

I work in a lab with 2 huge high vacuum glove boxes that use vacuum and dry N2 to displace oxygen. It is mostly for removal of O2 but it is a dry environment also.  If it only has to be 1 atm of pressure of inert gas I could easily do things like replace my turrets and play with my scopes.

i'm sure they are no more than 1 , any more and if done at sea level would be , a system waiting to bust at 6000 ft. the h2o is the big deal, as atmosphere contains such a large percentage of n2. the method the various scope makers used, isn't a secret as I'm sure its included in the plant tour. -- if you have a couple of scopes on the border line, go for it.
