phxccw...................The 4.5x14 Buckmaster is $289. The 3x9 Elite 3200 w/firefly is $249. The 3x9 Elite 4200, if I`m not mistaken, is $259 on this site!...................My advice, as mentioned before was; quality in optics should be your main & foremost concern!..............Of those three, which one do you think will have the best optics?

I too like the 4200 3-9x40 over the new Monarch 3-9x40, but both are good scopes.

I'm looking at $246 & tax for the 4200 and $218 & shipping for the Monarch.

You were right bud.  I went down looked through the Monarch, 4200, 3200 firefly and the Bucmaster and the 4200 was much, much brighter.  Plus the reticle was super nice too.  Thanks for everyone's help....I picked up the 3-9x40 4200.

i wasnt refering to the 4200 as a side note, because it wasnt mentioned in the original post, i was refering to the 3200 and the buckmaster, i was saying for about the same price the monarch would be better than the buckmaster in question. sorry for the confusion squeeze.
