What does the UCC stand for?  Is this the low end of the Monarch line?  Does anyone have any experience with these scopes?  If so please share your review.

ultra clear coat - it's the coatings that they fully multi coat their lenses.

it's NOT the low end, quite the opposite, actually.

i own one and have seen several over the years and they are nothing short of spectacular for the money.

if you want one, get one on sale at www.swfa.com asap, as they are running out.

it's a hell of a scope for the money. very bright and tough.

J

Thanks very much for your quick response.  BTW, is this line being discontinued?

Yea, the new model comes out in a few weeks I believe, and the new model is going to be 500+ so grab one now while their on a closeout price.  FWIW, Gander Mountain still wants 500+ dollars for the same model I ordered on here for 300.
