"A GOOD deal" is very rarely found at a cheap price, and so it is with Barska products.

Barska products are "cheap" because they have very poor Quality Control standards.
Many arrive in US stores out of alignment/collimation after manufacture and shipping from China.

Optical coatings on many of their binoculars are inferior to popular "brand names", leading to poor light transmission and ghosting.  Consumers often times have to return more than one binocular before they are "lucky" enough to get a model in working condition(collimated).

Barska Naturescape 8x42mm WP binoculars, FMC, phase coated, BAK-4, waterproof/fogproof, roof prism cost $200 on average, on the internet.

Brand names such as Bushnell Legend, Nikon Action Extreme ATB, and Pentax PCF WP II are GOOD quality porro prism binoculars which can be had for less money and will have much better Quality Control, etc.

If you want cheap optics they can be had quite easily.
If you want "a good deal" on binos they are readily available as well, the choice is yours. Big%20Grin
