Realize your upset, but what's up with all the bad language? This is a "G" rated, family show, Gappa.

Thank goodness for the old potty mouth filter.

Come on bro, it happens.  I had bought a $2400 pair of Leica binos that had a problem and I had to send them back. Leica was wonderful.  That is what customer service is for.  Give them a chance to make it right before post it all over the internet.  I am sure Premier will make it right.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

Who did you purchase the scope from? They may be able to help have you mounted it already?

Man, I understand your feeling there Gappa. It sucks like a Hoover when you get that black cloud over you and it just won't go away. At least you know your seller will make it right. Might give you time to get some good karma broHippie

Why don't you buy from SWFA?

I found something very strange here upon further examination.  Sometimes the illumination will flash like some red dot sights do when the rheostat is in the middle of the adjustment range... Very strange..
I do realize the illumination should go on and off every other click of the rheostat but sometimes the reticle will light in the middle of the clicks..

Had to return it and never dealt with them ever since.

First thing I would consider is replace the battery.  Just an outside chance but someone could have looked at it before it shipped and left a battery turned on and ran down the battery.  If so it might not be any worse than putting in a new battery and you are up an running.  Just on general principals I would only buy from SWFA but  I have had really good customer service from them.

Dang, and I was going to edit that, too... but UIF was editing it while I was trying to edit it, so it got edited before my edits were edited in... perhaps I should have waited to try to edit and my edits would not have been a wasted edit...

Well guys don't you think I already tried to swap the battery.. I even used my voltmeter to check the one that was in it and it had 3.3volts so I would say the battery is good.
