Their 35mm tube has had issues, I'd wait on this till it is well vetted.

It's the SH version that has had most of the issues.  The original 3-18 has been good, as well as the 1.5-8x, the 2-12 and the 6-24.

But I do agree in giving the new design time to work out the bugs.

Does the SH version still have bugs considering it is now in its 3rd generation?

So much so that the guy who carries the SH edition said if things don't get better fast, he will not sponsor a 4th edition.

Yea, still problems.

I just hope my SH keeps holding up, it is a 3rd gen.  My fingers stay crossed.

It must be the FFP design that is causing the problems, as I have not heard of to many problems with the SFP design.

the FFP 2.5-10 IOR is a great little scope, so i wouldnt attribute the problems to FFP ones in general, i would just attribute them right back to the source... IOR

I have that scope as well and yeah it is a dandy scope.  I should have stated the 35mm FFP design might be the issue.
