    Posted: June/14/2012 at 09:39

Andrew Bobro puts out some of the best one piece quick detach mounts on the market. His patented BLAC lever system sets the standard for a rock solid, repeat zero scope interface for your weapon platform. CNC machined precision, rock hard lasting finish, so on and so on. If you had to find a gripe it would be the accessibility of the nuts. Being on the underside of the ring really gives you a headache for mounting and torquing, but not anymore.

First introduced in the dual lever 34mm one piece mount. The single lever 30mm mounts now have the new top access ring tops. We have the first of their kind on their way in two different models.

Not with the SWFA labeling. All of his mounts will soon have this new style though.

My only complaint with that mount was the ring screw location. If the ADM mount doesn't start acting right, I may have to think about the Bobro.
Life's concerns should be about the 120lb pack your trying to get to the top of the mountain, and not the rock in your boot.

Are these standard screws or still those hinky ones?

I want to buy a SS 1-4x through SWFA, and on the product page, I can elect to choose a Bobro mount for this scope.  A couple of questions:

    1.  Will I be getting this new mount design with the top access nuts if I elect to choose a Bobro mount at the time I purchase the scope?
    2.  I run with Troy Industries flip up rear BUIS.  Will this mount give me enough clearance for the scope over the BUIS?

    Thanks!

Yes it will have the top access nuts. Yes it will have enough clearance.

The one as an option for the 1-6 is the slightly forward version.

Here is the extended sitting over an ARMS71 BUIS.

    Sweet photo, sir!

I am in process of ordering the scope now.  I want it delivered to an address other than my billing address - specifically, my office.  The drop down box "Type" only shows one selection - "This is a residence."

Is it policy to only ship to residences?  I'd rather ship to my office, because someone is here to receive the package during business hours, whereas the package would end up on my front stoop if it were delivered to my home address (hard to hear when UPS knocks or rings bell).

Sweet, We're waiting to get our shipment in from Bobro still. I'll post here when I have more information on a delivery date. Shouldn't be much longer though.

Oh, no!  I was hoping to mount it and fire it up this weekend!  Big Smile

Will the scope be sent ahead of the mount if the mount isn't available in time for shipment?  At least my grubby little paws can get a feel for the scope.  Yippee

Yea we can ship the scope out ahead. You will only be charged one shipping charge... FYI.

I see your order and will make it happen.
