I am shooting a 44mag, using Hornady leverrevolution 225 grain, I am not able to sight the rifle in at 100 yards being that i do not live near any close ranges. The only range near me is indoors and 25 yards max. The ammo states 0 drop at 100 yards. What if any adjustments would i have to make to the scope in order to be good at 100yds.  Any info is appreciated.

According to the ballistics I can find with a 100 yard zero.  At the muzzle if your sights are 1 inch above the bore at the muzzle your bullet impact will be 1 inch below the line of the sights.  At 50 yards the bullet path will be 1.2 inches above the line of the sights and 100 is your zero. So I am thinking that your zero at 25 will be almost the same as it is at 100.

Someone else want to confirm me on this.

I can't confirm it, but I'm fairly confident that you know how to figure it. That being said he should set his point of aim as illistrated at 25yds.

i just checked with my rem shoot program, and with there 210gr bullet they show if you want to be dead on at 100yds you need to set your sights to shoot .16 inches high at 25yds, now i realize these arent the same figures you would get with the lever's but they are hotter than normal remington rounds so i would say that with the 15gr weight difference and the extra speed its probably going to be very close.

The military sights their .223 cal 5.56mm rifles at 25 meters expecting it to be the same point of impact as 300 meters. I feel like there is no real substitute for shooting the actual distance it really is the only way to fine tune what you are getting.

I agree -  I've been dead-on at 25 yds and couldn't hit the paper at 100!  You really need to verify your 100 yd impact!
