Guys, I have purchased many scopes from swfa and many from advice from them members on this site.

I just purchased a few red dots, a docter, an RMR, I have no clue how to sight them in, they seem to shoot high. One is for a pistol and one for one of my rifles. I am lost as to how to sight them in, I have never used one before. Thanks for any help

It looks like they all have adjustments screws on them. And they should adjust just like a scope would, of you turn the screw "up", or would move the bullet impact up and vice versa.
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?

Correct, at least for the RMR.  The smaller red dots do not always have well defined clicks, make small adjustments and walk them in.

I understand how to adjust, how far back or forward do you mount it on a tracker 17hmr, when you look at the dot at the lowest adjustment it looks way to high, I have not sighted it in yet

With a parallax free sight such as these, mounting position does not matter. All that matters is a clear clean dot. Just depends on your eye and your rifle.
