I just recently acquired a ruger m77 hawkeye tactical. I wanted to adjust the trigger but could not find any instructions on the manual it came by or in my search online. Was hoping someone here could lend a hand. Smile

I'm not sure the triggers are adjustable.

Yep, the triggers are non-adjustable.

Have a good look at getting a Timney trigger fitted like my Hawkeye...just make sure you find a good gunsmith to do it as the Timney for the M77 Hawkeye isn't just a bolt on trigger...some precise fitting involved.

The ruger hawkeye tactical as well as the predator does have a fully adjustable trigger. If i can't find any manual for it, i may probably just would have to tinker with it. I'm just hesitant as of the moment since i might over do it and the nearest competent gunsmith is a 5 hour drive away should i mess it up.

Sorry Embarrased, you are correct...it has a "UNIQUE, TWO STAGE, ADJUSTABLE TARGET TRIGGER with a short “take-up” stage, followed by a crisp, light target pull with no creep or overtravel."

P.S Can't find anything either in my instruction manual.

I have a 77/22m and my local gunsmith got mine down to 2.5# easy. I don't know what he had to do but he got it there !
