For hunting at night invest into a Swarovski. With a full moon you can hunt straight through the night with no red-light or anything. Now turn a red-light on and just imagine what you will see. The cost of the Swarovski will show itself in these late hours and your money will be justified. If you don't plan on shooting extremely long distances (over 500 or 600 yards). I would get a 1" tube with a 50mm obj. If your dead set on the 56mm then you will have to get the 30mm tube. |

I think the Bushnell Elite 4200 2.5-10x50 Illuminated Reticle would work very well. |

This will work too.
http://swfa.com/Trijicon-25-10x56-Accu-Point-30mm-Rifle-Scope-P12878.aspx I used the 5-20X50 a lot this year day and night for varmint's and enjoyed mine so much I think I will get the 3-9X40 for my night-time only rig.

What's interesting about bringing the dead back to life here is that I would like to see what Brady and Chris have to say now. Especially regarding Swarovski.
