The eye relief for the Falcon 10x50 is terrible (too short), I'd go with the 8x40 Natureview.

I am thinking for your level you will very likely get what you pay for.  The Natureview seem OK over the counter, but cheap will usually fail when it matters.

I am also NOT a particular fan of Barska in any shape, manner, or dimension.  However the Crossover are sometimes found on display in a local chain Sporting Goods store, and they had these the other day.  From outward appearances they are a Leupold Yosemite clone, but have a wider fov.  They look and feel just like the Yosemite, which is highly regarded as the best and least expensive binocular (particularly useful for kids) of anything going in the binocular market today.  Anyway these are about $60.  Personally that is as cheap as I'd go.

IMHO really cheap binoculars are a waste of time and money.
They will give you headaches and blurred vision and won't stay culminated.
As Klamath has said the Leupold Yosemite 6X30 or 8X30 is your best bet, good optically, tough and they have Leupold's warranty.
The one's I have given as gifts or had borrowed have held up very well and in the 6X30 version are pretty good optically.
Anything else is pretty much a waste of time in that price range.
I believe that somewhere north of $200.00 is where you will find decent glass.
Good luck.
