Anyone ever try a mueller eraticator 8.5-25 target scope? Worth the $$?
I was thinking about a siver scope to go on my new Savage build that is stainless(can be seen in the picture post), it is a 223 and will only be used at the range 100-300 yards. Please don't suggest the leupolds have never had one I liked, and am still trying to unload a 4x that I have.

I bought one a couple years ago.A fellow shooter had one and was happy with it. I wanted to see if it would handle recoil,so I put it on my Savage 110FLP 300WM for a while and it held up just fine. The glass is decent, but not top shelf. It gets a little fuzzy above 18-20X,but I rarely want to go that high. The illuminated reticle and adjustable objective work great, and the eye relief is good.
For the price,it isn't a bad scope.I bought it for my RRA 20" Varminter AR15,and it has served me well for shooting targets, varmints, and coyotes.
