I have a quick shot that I bought originally for a compound bow but never used it. When I talked to someone there they said many people use them on their shotguns for turkey hunting, so I was wondering if it could be used for a 16" home defense ar.
If it will hold up to a shot gun it should hold up to a 223. Anyone have any ideas about a set up like this? I'm not even sure if it would fit on the rails.
Should mention I will sight in for around 35 yards and about 1/2" high.

Yeah it should work fine on an AR. I would reccomend getting a light of some sort also though.

I have a surefire light that will go on a side mount. I will also have to play with the different reticles. Think I like the circle with cross hair the most.
