I've decided to go with a one-inch main tube scope and could sure use some  advise on mounting on a magum caliber rifle.

I'm trying to create some reticle adjustment to compensate the lesser main tube and wondered if the 30 moa cant style base would be an advantage over the 20 moa or really isn't needed.? Warne bases for remington long actions only apear to have three holes, two in the back and one in the front. I do like the looks of their rings. Farrel seems to have a good product for the money and offer both 20 and 30 moa bases. Their rings however, are only offered in what they call standard and high. I'm trying to keep the scope mounted (44mm objective) using medium rings. Badger, which is the most money, offers your choice in slanted base moa,  but don't offer a one inch ring set. Seems silly to use a sleave adapter on 30mm rings to me? The Burris tactical rings seem to be popular also.

I would like 150 inches of adjustments shooting around 3300 fps. Would the Farrel base and warne rings be an acceptable combo for this application? thanks
