I am considering this scope for a Remington PSS .308.  All I know of this scope is what I have read on their web site and what I have read here.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin

Deer hunting.  I ordered a Burris FFII and loved the balistic plex and the clearity however, it had a small particle in the field of view which was inside the scope and I sent it back and got my money back.  This may have been a very rare exception to the rule but it makes me shy away from the Burris.  I was going to go with the ever faithful Leupold VXIII but was shopping around and found the Meopta.  It looked interesting (4-16x44 vs. 4.5-14x44) and I wanted to see what you optics experts thought of it.

well, a tactical scope looks good on a tactical rifle, check out the leupold MK4 3.5-10x40, or MK4 4.5-15x50, they are extremely nice scopes. nikon has a tactical, and its available in 4-16, but i dont have much experience with the nikon, i just shot a gun with it on it, and played with the adjustments, it seemed to track well.

The Meoptas look pretty good, but from previous post I understand that their are some customer service problems.
