Just from what I can gather from the photo...

looks to be mismatched reticle/adjustments.  - 1/4 MOA with metric reticle. Probably SFP just to completely stuff things up too. Was really hoping they would add another marketable FFP Metric scope to the mix. NM Sad

Looks like ii has mil adjustments to me.  It has 4 lines between 0 and 5, at least on the elevation knob.

Looks to me to be a BDC type elevation knob. The windage knob is definitely 1/4 m.o.a. Nothing is said at all whether the reticle is first or second focal plane, that usually means safe to assume it is second. Especially from a company that is "new" to tactical type scopes.
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
