No one but Meopta will install a target turret if you have a capped hunting turret (and if they say they will, don't let them; it will certainly void the warranty.)
I checked Kenton and they don't make the BDC cap for Meopta. I bought an R1, really liked the glass for the money, but took it back, too little eye relief on a heavy recoil gun is a recipe for a scope bite. |

Thank you for the reply, I thought I saw somewhere some one offered a screw on turret for a different brand,I think I would be a sissy for putting a muzzle brake on this lil rifle.Thank you for the info...

Stoney Point did make target turret caps for hunting turrets, but I think they have been discontinued. I looked and could not find that they or anyone else makes a target turret for a Meopta scope.
And Cbissell, it has a brake on it, but an 8-pound 300WM, even with a brake, will still lead to scope bite eventually - especially if the eye releif is 2.95 inches. |

I mounted the meopta 3x10 on a thompson encore with a bullberry light varmint barrel in 7mm08. and with the meopta and handloads I have gotten 1 group measuring .295 and several of the 3 shot groups have 2 shots of the 3 in 1 ragged hole.the scope holds its setting very well. I moved the point of impact up 8 clicks and shot a 3/4 group, the flyer got me, Or it is prbably my shooting. The setup is definetly better than I am.
