No question here; but instead I wanted to tell my fellow members about an encounter that I just had with a factory Rep with AXION ARCHERY by the name of Dave Potts.

http://www.axionarchery.com/index.html

Who are they? Well I really don't know; as I had never heard of them before this past Tuesday when I was at my local Austin Mathews dealer Archery Country to pick up one of the new Z7's.

The thing is; here I am in a shop full of Sites, Quivers, Rest and stabilizers of every make and model and some how completely without intention I end up with a site and stabilizer both from their product line.

To understand what I am trying to say; I chose both because of design and build quality not even realizing at the time that they were both from the same company. There were four sights out of the box by the dealer and I was not even considering a stabilizer given the fact that I had just bought a new and expensive one three days before in anticipation of the new bow. This stabilizer was that good.

I have not seen such innovation in this aria of archery as far back as I can remember. It not only does as it is intended by stabilizing the bow but it is also completely adjustable to shooters preference.

The sight is also a sight to behold; (forgive me) not so much in the way of completely new design as with the stabilizer but instead it was almost like someone had hung out in a number of deer camps listening to what everyone would like to see in a site and then doing just that.

The bracket and site body is very solid, the adjustments are easy, there is an adjustable blue light placed in a out of the way place actually pointed onto the fiber optic thread and not the pins which can be replaced or added to with ease.

Now am I satisfied or happy with these new add on's? Well yea; but it goes further than just being surprised and enthusiastic about the likely hood of ending up with two products from the same manufacture completely based on design and build.

I actuality had called these guys to inquire about more pins and found my self engaged in a very pleasant and interesting conversation with their own Mr. Dave Pitts who spent considerable time asking my opinion and I felt was really considering to my commits.

About the time I started talking with him I was taking the quiver off the bow that the dealer had mounted and found that one of the mounting screws had been striped during its install. I don't shoot or carry quivers on my bows but instead have a mount in my trees in easy reach.

I brought this up to Dave in order to learn what tap size I needed in order to be able to straighten it out. At this point I not only was told that he would be sending me a complete new bracket assembly but he also wanted to comp me the two pins that I had called to purchase as well for my trouble.

This is the real reason I am posting this; not only do these guys have out standing new ideas that really work and are built well. But they also are interested in what we think and our over all satisfaction with their products. Now this kind of information is just what we like to share here with our friends wouldn't you say! These guys have a thumbs up from me and I sure hope you enjoy them as well. Oh and the Z7 is a really nice bow as well. LOL

Thanks for sharing your experience, REP!  Sounds like a stand-up company.  I like buying products from companies who really care about their customers' satisfaction with their products and service.

I've seen Axion's archery accessories before, and was impressed with their design and apparent quality.

Thanks Rifle Dude for your supportive feed back. I actually was able to get out and shoot a few arrows this evening and am really fired up about this coming season. We have started filling our feeders around the property and just last night sewed or high fence food plots with White Tail Ins. Extreme. I have also broke out a two seater ladder stand that I will share with my 8 year old on opening day. Well forgive you caught me after I just put the new bow up and was talking shop with friends. I hope you are as excited and I look forward to seeing the harvest photos start rolling in.
