Mannon is a fairly common name from the days of the Japan Telescope Inspection Days (JTII).  The red Shrine was evidently a Mannon logo as it is on just about everyone I have seen.

The J-B 119 is Nisshin Kogaku Kogyo Co.  This is the company that produced the binocular..

the J-E 15 is
Tokyo Oputikaru Co which is the company that made the body.

The 1909 is likely the serial number.  Some companies coded the date of manufacture in the serial number, and it is likely Mannon did too.  However how the coding was done is not apparent from the number.  The 9 may be for 1969 for instance, but I don't know for sure.  That would fall in line with the JTTI days.

Most of those older Japanese porros were pretty decent binoculars and are still quite usable today.  It likely has no great value.

I have a Manon 7X50 and it is a superb binocular.  Not a whole lot of FOV, but very nice view.  Not expensive....an ebay find.  An Oldie......( like me!! )   Laugh
