I want to shoot pigs in the dark under LED solar charge lighting and in the early morn and late evening.  Illuminated recticles considered as a possibility.....but mainly want awsome light gathering capabilities.  Want all of this for under $250.  ANY SUGGESTIONS

Your price limit pretty much throws out your better illuminated reticle scopes.  I would look for a good fixed power around 4X or so with a big objective.

Yeah, Ranburr's got a point there, but if I were you, I would check out the Bushnell 4200 Firefly !
