I have checked out the burris and the nikon does enyone have any idea how they preform?

Not those, but I have Bushnell and Leica, and they both work great, very consistent.

Get something that is comfortable in your hand and you can hold steady.

Also be aware that some are LCD (numbers read out in black) while some are LED (numbers read out in red.)  In low light, the black numbers can be tough to read.

I think he is referring to a riflescope with a rangefinder in it. Sorry I have yet to own one of these. I use a Leica rangefinder, and a regular scope. Good luck in your quest for info.

I have the Nikon Laser IRT.  Love it.  Currently mounted on Remington Etronx 220 Swift.  Shoot the eyes out of flies at 500 yards.

Nikon would be better glass than Burris and better customer service.

Thanks for the imput i found a deal on a new Nikon IRT with the (BDC)  put it on my DPMS LR-308L today. I will let everyone know how it goes at the range!!!
