I would recommend the TPS TSR rings to go with the mount! I wish I had gone with them to begin with. Now I have to save all over again.
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?

Just a thought -- but I just put Talley Lightweight one piece ring/base mounts on my Tikka 300 WSM with a 30mm tube Bushnell 4200 6-24x50.  I was real pleased with the ones I used on my sons Tikka 30-06 so thought I would try them again.   While I was at SWFA they had a package tactical rifle soon to be listed on gunbroker, that they used the one piece Talley lightweight system on as well.  There is something to be said for using a one piece   ring/base system because it is just one less thing to go wrong. It also keeps the cost down a lot.

I understand, I swear my wife can smell anything bigger than a 10 spot in my wallet from inside the house when I get out of the car in the driveway.   FE FI FO FUM I smell the money, here I come.

Big Smile It's a lot like a shark being able to smell a drop of blood a mile away or something. It ain't natural.

She'd just take my car and my wallet then.

Damn year later looks like I'll be able to pull the trigger this year, tho i wont hold my breath. this what I THINK i have come up with.

Vortex 6.5-20x44 Viper 30mm Rifle Scope  the scope is for sure as it would be used more for hunting  & different ranges.

here is where  I'm having  a hard try to decide on what mounts & rings to go with from the choses i have here

HELP ME GUYS ME  HEAD HURTS TO MUCH Loco Whacko  I want to say under $500 or a little over not much more than $20 or $30 over

Just get all TPS.  Best bang for the buck by far

This is mine with super low TSRs and an EGW base.  My is 50mm though.

Seriously if you are trying to keep the cost down consider the Talley one piece lightweight ringmount you dont need a plus moa base with any Super Sniper scope they have plenty of internal adjustment.

I think i should have started this in a new thread. lol thanks but uuhhmm not going with the SS been think it over I need a scope for all diff from right in ur face out & beyond, thats why i think the Vortex 6.5-20x44 Viper 30mm Rifle Scope  would be my best bet. everything is been the hard chose.

Personally I don't think a scope with a 6.5 low end is the right choice for you then.  If you want an up in your face scope that is to much mag.  Just my opinion
