Hi,

I have a question about long range hunting / varmint shooting?  How many of you shooters would like a scope set up in yardage?  I have a friend who has a scope set up for long range hunting and it is awesome.  He has a 338/378 Weatherby set up for out to 1300yds.

My question to you is,  how many of you would like your hunting / varmint / target rifles set up like this?  I know you'd need target turrets for this but for me, that is not a problem.  Would you want these turrets made up for your basic calibers, ie  243 Win,  308 Win,  30/06,  7mm Mag,  or made up custom for your rifle and load?  How about turrets that are blank and you customize the ranges yourself?

I have Nightforce,  Leupold,  and Millett scopes I'd like to do this to.  I have so many rifles I can't keep track of what rifle drops what at what range.  Having turrets with the yardage would be a big plus for me.  A lot of my varmint buddies feel the same way.

Catch you later,  The Big Dog

happyness is a warm day and lots of varmints.

It is a good idea, but someone already had it.

I own several of theirs and they are good gear.

Whether you set your rifle up in inches, millimeters, yards, miles, or microns is irrelevant; all that matters is that you can range, dial in, and hit.

Kenton makes good stuff, and he'll do custom data and maybe a blank turret, though don't know why you'd want a blank.

Hi again,

Looks like you can teach an old dog new tricks.  I don't see any turrets listed for my Nightforce 12-42 BR or Millett TRS-1 scopes.  I have some friends with Swarovski 6-24,  Simmons Atec, Sightron,  and Swift scopes that would be interested also.  I also have a TC scope on my XP-100 pistol that would be great in the varmint fields.  The reason I was looking for blank turrets was I didn't know anyone was doing this.  Thanks alot for the info and web site.

Catch you later,
