As an eyeglass wearer I need long eye relief in a spotting scope that I have done without long enough, over the 40+ years that I have been shooting.

I am considering either the Bushnell Legend Stock 787526, 20 - 60 X60 for $249.95 or the Leupold Gold Ring Stock LEU 47878, 12 - 40 X60 for $799.95.

 

Question:  Will I see a significant difference, ($550 worth) bewtween the Bushnell and Leupold?  I understand the Leupold are made in the USA, and I like to support American labor, but at what price?

 

Any assistance in making this decision will be greatly appreciated.

Actually he's asking about spotting scopes.  

 

Can't help you though as I've yet to see the Bushnell Legend.

 

The Leupold though, has a fantastic reputation.
What if the hokey pokey really is what it's all about?
